OTTO Motors introduces the next generation OTTO 1500. The OTTO 1500 V2 is the companys’ heavy-class AMR. First released in 2015, OTTO 1500 was one of the first large format AMRs to come to market with a 1500 kg payload capacity. Since 2015, the OTTO 1500 has logged 1,000,000+ production hours across North America.
This new generation of OTTO 1500 V2 increases the payload capacity to 1900 kg (4190 Ibs) and can move at 2,000 mm/sec (4.5 mph). The dimensions of the vehicle remain the same, at 1837 x 1283 x 351 mm (72.3 x 50.5 x 13.85 in). The vehicle is also CE Certified, making the OTTO 1500 available for deployment in Europe and Japan.
The company has also reworked the interface to payloads that might be deployed on top of the OTTO 1500. This includes 24 VDC, 10A, regulated, unswitched power. Signals include: 1x Ethernet, 1x USB 3.1, 1x HDMI 1 CAN Bus, 5 GPIO (2 safety rated) 1 interface control line.
