AREA SALES MANAGER NATIONAL/REGIONAL

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through direct sales efforts and the development of partnerships for a robotic system that improves the efficiency and productivity of e-commerce warehouses. The successful candidate will leverage solution sales based sales skills, industry knowledge and technical abilities to achieve company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will enjoy the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small company, and experienced in rapidly scaling sales at any level from pilot to explosion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Applies solutions based sales skills in robotics and/or industrial automation solutions to drive sales.
  • Interfaces with customers and partners to develop and realize sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field sales experience of technical products.
  • Experience in solution based sales involving robotic or other industrial automation technology components.
  • Software and hardware technical skills a plus.
  • Solid working understanding of industrial automation.
  • Understanding of warehouse, supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Experience with programming robotics and/or other industrial automation equipment.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience developing sales teams is a strong plus and will be leveraged for growth within our rapidly growing organization.
